This Dirty Harry
heifer out of a tremendous Meyer 734
combines some of the maternal traits we like
in our cowherd with the look that the
showring demands. We had this one targeted
for the replacement pen but decided we
needed a real feature heifer for this late
sale. |
|
 |
This one is
exploding. An April Heatwave with extra
size, body, and hair in a sound package.
This one will be a tremendous cow as her
Meyer dam has raised premium calves every
year. Another one we would be happy to keep
in our herd. |
|
 |
Late weaned Heatwave
steer. This powerful early April steer will
flat out make a great county fair contender.
Last fall we sold steers in December for
less than $2000 that won county fairs. This
guy is better. |

Heatwave. Did I
mention this one's brother that sold for
$1800 and was 3rd overall at the Iowa State
Fair Governor's Show? No.......nevermind. |

If you like blue
roans, this colorful Manchild steer may be
just for you. If you like stout, sound,
hairy calves that put on weight, finish, and
make great fat steers, he might work as
well. |
|
 |
This Manchild blue
roan heifer is one that is hard to fault.
Her biggest problem is being younger, weaned
later, and having a little less TLC so far.
You will be hard pressed to find a cooler,
sounder, gentler one. |

This big bodied
Hereford from the Hixson family will make
not only a weekend warrior, but she has the
size and numbers to compete at the next
level. We need a video on this one. She
could compete anywhere in the country. |
